Community Welfare
Carol moved to St. Clair County in 2002. She is now an active member of Faith Lutheran Church, founded its Community Meals program and helps lead its Stephen Ministry program. Carol is on the Board for CASA of Southwestern Illinois and has advocated in court for abused children. She also helps O’Fallon Habitat for Humanity and has led several disaster relief trips
