Joan is the founder of Dance the Vote, which was one of four recipients of the IDEA Award – an award from the Arts and Culture Accessibility Cooperative that recognizes institutions and individuals for their commitment to “inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility” in the Greater St. Louis area.
