While this year’s 66th Annual Women of Achievement Celebration will still be broadcast on Nine PBS in September, it was a tremendous delight to host an intimate, 15-person luncheon at Neiman Marcus to recognize this year’s honorees: Lourdes Trevino Bailon, Rebeccah L.
