Caring & Compassion
Jodie Condie Finney, PT, DPT, CGCP, is a passionate advocate for dementia caregivers and a dedicated healthcare professional from St. Louis, MO. She holds a doctorate in physical therapy from Washington University and spent over 15 years at Mercy Hospital, specializing in geriatric rehabilitation, acute care, stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord rehabilitation. As a certified geriatric care professional, she combines her clinical expertise with personal experience to support caregivers navigating the challenges of dementia.
Jodie’s commitment to dementia care deepened in 2017 when her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. Her professional background became invaluable in guiding her family through the complexities of the disease until her mother’s passing in 2023. Inspired by this journey, she co-founded The Caregiver Club® with her cousin, Alicia Christopher. The organization is dedicated to improving the emotional, mental, and financial well-being of dementia caregivers, offering resources, emotional and financial support, and advocacy to ease their burden.
Beyond The Caregiver Club®, Jodie serves as president of the Wilderness Adventure Foundation, a board member of the June Jessie Memorial Foundation, and is involved in various other organizations. She remains committed to transforming the caregiving landscape and empowering those caring for loved ones with dementia.
