St. Louis Women of Achievement Award Nomination
The purpose of the Women of Achievement Award is to recognize and honor the VOLUNTEER service and leadership of women of diverse cultures, roles, and accomplishments who have demonstrated a commitment to the betterment of the greater St. Louis metropolitan region.
The deadline for nominations for the 2025 Class of Honorees is Midnight, Saturday, January 11, 2025.

Criteria for Selection
A woman nominated as a Women of Achievement will meet the following criteria:
- Must have a record of achievement and leadership in one or more areas of volunteer service within the St. Louis metropolitan region.
- Must have made an outstanding or extraordinary contribution as a volunteer, over and above her professional responsibilities, that has helped to address a pertinent need, problem, or issue, or has made a difference that improves the quality of life for others within the metro St. Louis area.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR NOMINEE: This is the section of the form where you tell your nominee's story. Please be concise. Anything over 6000 characters in this section (on the online form) will not be read. Do NOT attach additional information - photos and additional scanned documents won’t be accepted. Your nomination must include the following:
- Discuss nominee’s volunteer service, not her professional career.
- Discuss the length and breadth of volunteer service, including dates of service and leadership roles. A listing of committees and boards the nominee sits on is insufficient without details of her volunteer service on the board or committee.
- What distinguishes her from other volunteers – has nominee gone above and beyond in the volunteer service.
- Describe the impact her volunteer service has had on the community.
- How many lives did it touch?
- What difference did she make?
- Is she a woman of vision?
- Did she see a gap and develop a program to fill that gap?
- How did she rally support for the cause?
- Does she motivate others to join her?
- Is she a catalyst for change?
- In your opinion what makes your nominee special?
HOW TO SUBMIT A NOMINATION:
Nominating deadline is January 11, 2025.
Online nominations are preferred.
Option to mail nominations:
If you prefer, you can download, print, fill out, and mail your nomination, but you must adhere to the maximum character length of the online form.
NOTE: This is not the preferred method because of mailing issues with the U.S. Postal Service. If you choose to mail, please allow two weeks for delivery. Nominations must be received by midnight on January 11, 2025, to be considered.
